Danube Company Limited is a supermarket and hypermarketchain in Saudi Arabia. It opened in 1987, and has operations in the cities of Jeddah, Riyadh, Medinaand Mecca in Saudi Arabia.[1][citation needed] It is owned and operated by the Bindawood Group of Companies.[2]
Branches[edit]
Danube opened its first hypermarket at the Heraa International Mall[3] in 1993. In Jeddah Than the branch moved to a hypermarket about 0.5 kilometres away from Heraa Int’l Mall, Danube hypermakets are located at Medina Road (Originally Heraa Int’l Mall), Serafi Megamall,[4] Redsea Mall [5] and at Central Park Mall[6][7] Danube opened its first hypermarket in Riyadh’s Hayat Mall[8] in 2006 and built its second at Panorama Mall[9][10] in 2010. Hittin-Exit-2- Riyadh,Al-Kharj,Al-Nakhla Plaza-Exit-8,Riyadh,Yasmeen Plaza-Riyadh,Tellal-Riyadh,Al-wadi Plaza-Riyadh .one new branch opened in jeddah on Thalia street, safa district.
