Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors (MYNM), the official BMW Group importer in Saudi Arabia, supported the inaugural Makkah Economic Forum, held last month at the Ritz-Carlton Jeddah. In its capacity as official transportation partner, MYNM provided a fleet of 50 cars made up of the flagship BMW 7 Series and BMW X5.
Under the patronage of Prince Khaled Al-Faisal, adviser to King Salman and governor of the Makkah region, the event was aimed at increasing investment in Makkah. The two-day event saw over 3,500 attendees including ambassadors, consuls, government officials, trade and investment companies and banks.
Donn Muirhead, managing director of Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors — BMW Group, said: “We are honored to have served as the official transportation partner for this important inaugural event. As the Kingdom continues to diversify through excellent initiatives such as the Makkah Economic Forum, we are pleased to play a part in their success. BMW vehicles are constantly the preferred choice for many decision-makers, corporations, companies and governments, so it was only fitting that the brand’s flagship models were present for the ease of guests.”
According to the company, the support of the Makkah Economic Forum is just an example of how Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors is growing within the Kingdom, as they were recently the official transportation partner at the 12th annual conference of the Saudi Orthodontic Society and launched the “Follow Me” service with Royal Terminals.
Established in 1990, Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors has been the exclusive and official importer of BMW Group brands — BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce — for 28 years in the Kingdom. It has showrooms and service centers in Jeddah, Riyadh, Alkhobar, Al-Qassim, as well in Makkah and Madinah.
